SnOMG!!!

La Nina finally decided to come hang out, and Seattle got some snow.  AAAAAAGGHHHH!  Oh wait... it's like 4 inches.  Still, the city shuts down and I've been trapped (not literally) in my apartment while working from home.  I'm really hoping that I can bus it in to work tomorrow, but we'll see how tonight's freezing rain does.

Can you *barely* see the Space Needle?  Not much visibility...

A bus that did NOT take the proper snow route and then got stuck on my cross-street.  He was still there 5 hours later.  Also, they keep showing a shot of this bus on the news.  My cross-street is famous!

Aren't those the most boring, non-beautiful snow pics ever?!  I tried, but it was coming down too thick and I couldn't get any good pics...  So instead, I hope to make it up to you a little by borrowing a picture that my friend Annabelle took that I LOVE.

Frosti Hendrix

We have a famous statue of Jimi Hendrix in Fremont.  Looks like he got a little makeover.  Looks good on him!

Keep your fingers crossed for a combination of lovely clean white (not yellow) snow and clear dry streets.    Sara's gotta get a change of scenery tomorrow!
