I win, crazies lose

Today I walked to the store, going my normal route, for the 1st time since the crazy lady threatened to kill me a couple of weeks ago.  Well, friends, I was not about to let her win and impact my everyday life!  So I walked there, kept my eyes peeled for suspicious characters (none noted... perhaps the 90 degree heat was too much for them), and even bought a Powerade for the homeless dude that was posted up and asking for assistance.  I figure my homeless-people-on-the-way-home-from-QFC karma could use a boost.  Karmic boost and safe walk home achieved!  I win.
