I got a random email today from Sharon, the Director of Development/Events for the National Brain Tumor Society. Based on my fundraising, she invited me to meet with her the day before the Portland walk "to thank [me] for [my] efforts to support this event and this organization and to tell [me] more about the National Brain Tumor Society." She asked if I could take a breakfast, lunch, or dinner meeting (why yes, I'd love to take a dinner meeting!) on Friday the 19th. How cool is that?!?
Next weekend in Portland is going to be a blast. :)
